Read Across America Day is celebrated annually on March 2nd, Dr. Seuss’s birthday, as a way to encourage reading, especially among children. We thought we’d put our own maritime twist on the day and share a curated recommended reading list from our staff and instructors. In no particular order, these are books that have inspired our crew throughout their personal lives and careers one way or another.
We hope you find them to be as inspirational and enjoyable as we did!
