Mindfulness for Performance Improvement is a new 4-hour course offered through QSE Solutions Continual Improvement Workshop Series®. This course provides a unique perspective on improving performance and incorporates different mindfulness tools, techniques, and exercises. Topics for this course include:

- The different factors that may compromise mindfulness and performance 
- Increase your mental bandwidth and decrease unwanted stress
