Master, Mate and OUPV
MITAGS offers a modular program for mariners seeking their original Master, Mate or Operator license. The program also offers the upgrade up to 200 tons. The sail and tow endorsements are also available. Successful completion of the program allows otherwise qualified mariners to obtain the license without having to sit for the U.S. Coast Guard examination.
