Course Description: |
This Course is required for all Able Seaman upgrading to Mate 200GRT or higher. This 2-day course provides the trainee with knowledge of the contents of the IMO Merchant Ship and Rescue Manual (MERSAR), and the procedures necessary to respond to a distress signal at sea. |
